At Supply Solutions, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

 

How to Order

Ordering online from the Supply Solutions Online Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.

*Please note that if there are any concerns regarding shipping, costs, or inventory availability, a friendly customer service representative will contact you prior to shipping your order.

 

Shipping

Online Orders:

At SupplySolutions.ca, most in-stock orders ship out from our warehouse standard UPS Ground within 4 business days. Although most online orders process and deliver within 3 to 5 business days, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. When checking out, please specify a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have special instructions regarding delivery, please be sure to include them in the notes section of the checkout page, our friendly customer service representatives will do their best to accommodate your individual needs.

*Please note that we currently deliver orders within Canada and the United States only.

Freight is F.O.B. shipping point. Supply Solutions USA, Inc. reserves the right to charge freight and handling fees, including, without limitation, fees for small orders, rural and/or rush deliveries or special handling.

Our Guarantee
All items purchased from SupplySolutions.ca may be returned or exchanged to us within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don't like it or it's not what you expected, simply return it and we will credit your credit card. We do not want you to have to keep anything from the Supply Solutions Online Store with which you are not completely satisfied.

*Please note that any product that is damaged during shipment may be the responsibility of the party whom paid for shipping. Shipping issues may be handled through the company used to transport goods. We strongly recommend insuring items of high value to mitigate any damages that occur during delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return an item within 30 days of shipment. Any cancellation or return must be approved by Supply Solutions USA, Inc. (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported immediately. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, Product must be returned within 30 days of shipment and be in original package and resalable condition. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow these three easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.
 

  1. Print and complete this Return Merchandise Authorization Form as best as possible.
  2. Call 1-416-238-7231 and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service professionals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may also email your Return Merchandise Authorization Form to Returns@supplysolutionsusa.com and our friendly Customer Service professionals will provide you with a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number via email.
  3. Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Please include the top half of your RMA form in the box. Send it back to us, postage paid, using the shipping label on the bottom half of the RMA form.
    Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return.
    We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges) upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
